The Candidates who have registered in Mehras Resume Center with activated "Instructor Status" are recognized as Instructors.

The "Instructor Status" indicates the instructor’s availability and tendency for conducting the training courses. The "Instructor Status" will also be activated automatically if the candidate has been signed up from Instructor Sign Up sector.

The candidates are also able to activate the "Instructor Status" by using the "General Status Manager" in their "Control Panel" regardless of signing up method used.

The Instructors are allowed to design and suggest unlimited training courses by using the "Add New Training Course" button in the "Control Panel", but in general, the instructors are able to select one of "Pre-Defined Courses", but alternatively, they could define a new "Customized Training Courses" by themselves.

Any new "Customized Training Course" topic should be related to one of Mehras "Training Categories" in order to upload in "Training Course Manager". The "Training Course Manager" helps instructors to manage the uploaded training courses, and also will show the current "Course Status"

The "Course Status" determines whether the instructor is evaluated and approved by Mehras Training Board for conducting the subject course(s). Basically, the default status of new defined training courses is set on "Not Approved" automatically, that means; the instructor is not yet evaluated and approved for conducting this course. However, the Mehras Training Board will arrange an interview with the instructor for evaluation, and shall mainly concentrate on the following particulars:

• Technical Knowledge
• Speaking Communication Ability
• References and Instructional Experience
• Remunerations expected

As for the result of the evaluation, the training board may approve or disapprove the course and the instructor at its sole discretion. The decisions could be appealed, but do not have to be to justified.

The training board will also decide to accept or decline the new "Customized Training Course" according to the company training policies

Mehras will sign an agreement with instructor for conducting the "Approved Courses" and the remuneration for instructors will be based on a mutually agreed profit sharing formula for each instructional event.

The instructors are not allowed to modify, or make change to the "Approved Courses" during the training agreement without written consent from Mehras.

Additionally, the "Approved Courses Instructors" will be recommended to clients and their resume will be attached to In-House Training Courses and consequently the clients are able to send training requisition directly.

Although the "Unapproved Instructors" will not recommend by Mehras but the client are able to Search Resumes themselves and send them training request based on instructor teaching capabilities.
