Mehras rating system is tool provided by this company to assist, and to give the registered
Corporations and
Candidates (Members) an indication of the company’s best judgment and assessment of the level of professionalism and compliance with better codes of practice, observance of ethical codes, and the reliability of their counterparts, based on the limited information provided by them, and the outcome of their behavior during the recruitment process.
The rating of the Members is mainly, but not solely affected, and measured by the adherence and observance of the codes of practice and guidelines outlined in the Rating Policy of Mehras, above, by Members.
Although all endeavor is made by Mehras for presenting the most accurate and reliable information and rating, but Mehras can not be held responsible for misrepresentations, or for errors made by any Member or for any bad judgment made by the staff of the Mehras itself.
Individual Members of the Mehras.org (Candidates), regardless of the level of Membership attained, are committed to operating according to the highest ethical standards as follows:
a ) Candidates should seek to enhance the recruitment profession by upholding high standards in everything that they do. They should represent themselves fairly, honestly and courteously at all times, and should not engage in any activities which would bring Mehras, Corporations and the prospective employers into disrepute.
b ) Seek to provide the best possible recruitment solution to the identified needs of the Corporations at all times and do all that is reasonably practicable to achieve this.
c ) Always comply with legislation and regulation as it affects the process of recruitment and must not assist or act in collusion with Corporations to knowingly circumvent the law or standards of ethical recruitment practice in any way.
d ) Act at all times with integrity, honesty, due diligence and appropriate behavior that can be reasonably expected of recruitment professionals.
e ) Respect confidentiality at all times in relation to Mehras, Corporations and other Candidates.
f ) Exercise due diligence and high standards of timeliness, accuracy of information and advice given to both Corporations and other Candidates.
g ) Not undertake tasks which are outside their personal level of skills, competence and qualifications.
h ) Not use Individual Membership as an alternative to Corporate Membership when Corporate Membership is more appropriate.
Any breaches of this policy will be investigated and will be referred to our Recruitment Board and may result in, but not limited to the following actions by Mehras:
- Warning (with or without publicity)
- Reduction in Rating
- Suspension of Membership during the investigation
- Expulsion from the Mehras.org, without the right for the Member to any claim for refund of fees paid to Mehras for its past and future services.
