Job Description:
|
Professional Senior Process Engineer with knowledge of :
• Offshore and onshore Oil and Gas processing facilities.
• Upstream plants such as GOSPS, Crude and condensate stabilization units, storage, metering and shipping facilities.
• Downstream units and refining plants such as Crude Distillation Units, Hydrotreaters, etc.
• Gas processing and conditioning systems such as Gas sweetening, dehydration, dew point control, refrigeration systems, NGL recovery, fractionation and Sulphur Recovery Units.
• Utilities and offsits facilities. Boilers and steam generation, Instrument air and Nitrogen generation packages, water treatment, fuel gas system and Tankage facilities.
• Development of PFD’s, UFD’s and P&ID’s. Preparation of Heat and Material Balance
• Equipment / line sizing. Hydraulic calculations and analysis.
• PSV’s sizing. Relief load calculations and contingency analysis
• Preparation of equipment and instrument data sheets
• Preparation of Material Selection Diagram and Line Designation Table.
• Excellent knowledge of process simulation software HYSYS and FlareNet.
• Performing PHA, HAZOP and safety reviews and analysis.
Plant troubleshooting, problem solving, process optimization and systems de-bottlenecking.

Specific Requirement:
|
• MSc / BSc chemical engineering
• Not less than 15 years experience with international known companies in Oil & Gas projects Basic Engineering, FEED/conceptual and detailed engineering process design.
• Familiar with international design codes and standards such as API, ASME, NFPA, etc.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Travelling to Libya on rotational basis is a Must
