Job Description:
|
Ensure work is carried out competently and effectively, within time and budget constraints, and that project objectives are satisfied.
· Overall supervision of I&C engineers, designers and technical personnel in the execution of the project.
· Ensure integrity of workscope and that all work is carried our in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
· Facilitate and develop a productive and cohesive team.
· Maintain and facilitate an awareness of HS&E across the discipline within assigned project.
· Maintain and facilitate an awareness of HS&E in Design across the discipline within assigned project.
· Promote the understanding and application of risk management techniques within the discipline.
· Ensure discipline personnel consistently work within the Quality Management System.
· Monitor and maintain I&C engineering estimating norms.

Specific Requirement:
|
Essential Skills/Experience
· Bachelor of Engineering (Instrumentation/Electronics)
· 15 years + experience within the oil and gas industry.
Matching Indicators
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive design experience on Oil and gas projects with design experience on systems such as DCS, ESD, FF, SCADA, Telecoms and F&G systems.
Candidate shall be familiar with SHELL DEPs, BP recommend practices and International codes and standards.
Shall be conversant with MS office. Valve sizing calculations, flow element sizing calculations.
Exposure to Intools and SIL studies and ability to provide input to control and shutdown narrative
