List services provided: resume formatting, career counseling, online access to resumes, online resume creation, and log in access to website, trial membership, limited membership, sponsor membership, corporation access, corporation membership, job postings, customer service by telephone and electronic email, list of Corporation viewing resumes, list of corporations accessing database and corporations' logo.

By filling out the vacancy information sheet, users should not undertake any circumstances include their personal information or email address or their Corporation name while filling the professional information that is viewed on the main site by all public accessing this website.

We reserve the right to remove any information from the database at our sole discretion. Database information removable by us includes Company profiles, Vacancies, accounts, resumes, or other records.

The Supplier shall not have any responsibility or liability relating to the safety of individuals creating resume snapshots or attachments of personal pictures on the Site. We make commercially reasonable efforts to protect member's privacy and contact information is only given to Corporation with contractual agreements in place.

It is solely the candidate’s responsibility to accept or reject any solicitation for employment by any parties claiming to be the Supplier’s Corporation or free lance agents.

References, links, hyperlinks and advertising contained on the Site to any third party are not approval, endorsements, or support for the third party or the third party’s goods and/or services. The Supplier is not liable nor is any liability assumed for incompatibility, loss of privacy, invasion of privacy, privacy disputes, non-suitability, viruses, loss of service, or any other problem of any kind arising from or in connection with the third party, the third party’s web-site or the third party’s goods and/or services. You accept responsibility for ensuring the use of anti-virus products and other protective products while visiting the Site or any connected third party site.

Please note that refunds may not be issued before 6 months of getting registered with MEHRAS and the request for payment refunds would take at least 6 weeks or sometimes longer to process.

The agreement between you and the Supplier for the purchase of the resume services has been successfully completed as of the day you agree and accept these terms and conditions by checking the “I ACCEPT” box, and clicking the “SUBMIT” button.
