The Candidates who have registered in Mehras Resume Center with activated "Service Provider Status" are recognized as an outsourcing service provider.

The "Service Provider Status" indicates the candidate availability and tendency for providing Outsourcing Services.

The candidates are able to activate the "Service Provider Status" by using the "General Status Manager" located in the "Control Panel".

The service providers can design and publish their outsourcing capabilities by using the "Add New Service" button located in the "Control Panel", but in general, the service providers are able to select one of "Pre-Defined Services", but alternatively, they could define a new "Customized Services" by themselves.

Any new "Customized Services" topic should be related to one of Mehras "Outsourcing Services Categories" in order to upload in "Service Manager". The "Service Manager" helps service providers to manage the uploaded services courses, and also will show the current "Service Status".

The "Service Status" determines whether the service provider is evaluated and approved by Mehras Engineering Board for conducting the stated service(s). Basically, the default status of new defined service is set on "Not Approved" automatically, that means; the service provider is not yet evaluated and approved for conducting this service. However, the Mehras Engineering Board will arrange an interview with the service provider for evaluation, and shall mainly concentrate on the following particulars:

• Technical Knowledge
• Hardware and Software Capabilities
• Nature of Services
• References and Instructional Experience
• Remunerations Expected

As for the result of the evaluation, the engineering board may approve or disapprove the service and the service provider at its sole discretion. The decisions could be appealed, but do not have to be justified.

The engineering board will also decide to accept or decline the new "Customized Training Course" according to the company policies.

Mehras will sign an agreement with service providers for providing "Approved Services" and the remuneration will be based on a mutually agreed profit sharing formula for each project.

The service providers are not allowed to modify, or make change to the "Approved Services" during the agreement without written consent from Mehras.

Additionally, the "Approved Service Providers" will be recommended to clients and their resume will be attached to Outsourcing Services and consequently the clients are able to send bid packages directly.

Although the "Unapproved Service Providers" will not recommend by Mehras but the client are able to Search Resumes themselves and send them requisition based on defined services.
